Brett Martin
Wildlife Ecologist
Brett received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Science from Mansfield University and has interned with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. Brett has managed several businesses and also owned a personal business. He was a licensed fishing guide in Pennsylvania for 3 years. He has worked as a naturalist guide/flyfishing instructor/hunting guide educating the public in the “Wilds” of Pennsylvania for a North Central Pa outdoor company. Brett is an avid outdoorsman, flyfisherman, and bird enthusiast. Brett volunteers for the USGS Patuxent Wildlife Research Center’s Breeding Bird Survey.
Brett’s experience includes wetland delineation, Timber Rattlesnake Phase I and II surveys, Timber Rattlesnake construction monitoring, rare and invasive plant surveys, Allegheny Woodrat surveys, bat roost tree surveys, Northern Goshawk nest and acoustical surveys, Upland Sandpiper Habitat Suitability Assessments and acoustical surveys, Bald Eagle nest surveys. Brett is a Qualified Timber Rattlesnake Construction Monitor (PA Fish & Boat Commission).
